Installed IPBX 2025 on a VMWare Workstation 17 instance with 8gb ram and 30 gb disk.
All seemed well yesterday, until I logged into the Web UI today and see this:

I have no idea? How do I recover from this?

TIA

Can you SSH into the box and do a `fwconsole restart`?

Again, this was a freshly installed PIAF 2025 on Ubuntu 24.02 under VMWare Workstation 17.
The result from fwconsole restart:

Am I borked or is there a way to recover? Why would this happen?

I think I found the problem:

Why? I built the OS with 8G ram and 20GB disk. Is that not enough? What did I do wrong?
Inquiring minds want to know...

It will work with as little as 1 Gig of RAM and 20 GB of disk. Did you set up the OS with Logical Volume Manager (LVM) enabled? Unless you are deliberately segmenting part of the file system, that usually isn't needed. I still prefer Debian-12 over Ubuntu for a variety of reasons (like fewer things broken) but either should work just fine.

Also, look at your log files and see if that or your journaling files have eaten up you disk space.

Sadly, I think you will need to rebuild your system.

I would try increasing the space. It looks like you only gave it 10gb and it would need 20gb min. You can expand the available space in the host and then expand it in the vm and you should be good.

You either have unallocated space (not partitioned) or the LVM didn't use all the space or there's some in the swap. You need to show the output of lsblk to see a more clear break down.

I think I'll just rebuild the PBX. It only has a couple of extensions. It is on a PC at a friends place to enable VoIP behind a CGNAT Fiber connection. No big loss. Thanks for the feedback
