Onc last thing.. I have Custom IVR with custom voice prompts I uploaded the prompt in the custom folder
but still, it's not able to locate the file

Everything seems to be working fine.
But what i don't understand with my internet connection i'm not able to call from linphone to pbx

but i use USA VPN it does call and works very well.

you think it's Inetrnet service provider who's blocking linphone ? extension to extension works without VPN and even no audio issue.

Have you encountered such issue?

What country? The firewall blocks a few countries.

but i guess this is happening but my friends from other country tested without VPN

one last thing i wanted to know, is it possible to main the domain FQDN now?

since I build it for testing now if I want to move this system into production, and i want to change both extension fqdn1 and public fqdn2
