InGenius Connector problem

I'm trying out the following on my PiaF Bronze:

The concept is that you can call anyone from Outlook - the system calls my phone, then it should call the number I wanted to dial (Like SnapaNumber).

I'm able to get the screen pops for when a call comes in, but I'm not able to have the phone ring me, then ring the number I want to dial.
When I get it to 'call me', the callerID on my phone shows "Unknown Caller'. When I answer - all I hear is 'goodbye' then the call is terminated.
I've tried to add friend, trunk, nothing to the advanced settings in the software with no luck - here is the cli:

I use this with my Polycom phone and love it. It will autosetup with Polycoms, but the docs should explain how to make it work with others.

Wish there was an app on the mac that did the same thing.

Thanks gaetz,
I changed a default setting from ext-local to from-internal, and now I can complete the call. It still comes in as unknown, and the outbound call does not carry my callerID - but it does use our main number.

Yes - that is what it is doing. It would be nice to have it use my callerID.
We just got new DID's, so were are trying to make sure all our customers/suppliers learn the new numbers.
