Ward, I thought we had solved this issue about 2 weeks ago; I initially disabled, reloaded, enabled CDR logging and it appeared to work. Now doing such does nothing. No outgoing calls. Relevant info from full log:

[2026-10-14 16:12:44] VERBOSE[4911][C-00000007] pbx.c: Executing [318773nnnn@from-internal:1] ResetCDR("PJSIP/13-00000009", "") in new stack
[2026-10-14 16:12:44] WARNING[4911][C-00000007] pbx.c: No application 'NoCDR' for extension (from-internal, 318773nnnn, 2)
[2026-10-14 16:12:44] VERBOSE[4911][C-00000007] pbx.c: Spawn extension (from-internal, 3187739718, 2) exited non-zero on 'PJSIP/13-00000009'

Here's to hoping a complete reinstall isn't necessary...

Thanks

Hope this helps:

1. Check CDR Module Status in Asterisk CLI:
Log into your Asterisk CLI (asterisk -r) and run:

module show like cdr

Verification: Ensure that modules like cdr_adaptive_odbc.so, cdr_mysql.so, or cel_odbc.so show as Running rather than being unloaded or failing to load.

2. Check Module Configuration:
Verify that CDR modules are not explicitly disabled in /etc/asterisk/modules.conf.
Look for any noload => cdr_*.so lines.

Verification: Remove or comment out any noload directives for CDR modules and save the file.

3. Reload Modules from CLI:
Inside the Asterisk CLI, reload the modules to force them to re-initialize:

module reload

Verification: Check the Asterisk logs (/var/log/asterisk/full) to ensure no errors appear regarding database connections or missing applications when placing a test call.
