Is this an issue?

Because you are running an openvz template you will find all sorts of errors. iptables is one of them. This NEVER happens when you run KVM under proxmox.

There are a number of threads about this and indeed in the nerdvittles article that announced the new openvz container this information was included along with a tentative solution.
