Thanks atsak, I have an older netgear router, I'll give that a try.

I also have another linksys router (different model) with dd-wrt on it that I use as the remote end of a wireless bridge to my shop.

I'll give both a try.

You might also try another firmware. The tomato from polarcloud supports your linksys.

However, I'd try a different softphone first. I've seen several complaints about xlite performance on other forums recently.

Thanks Bear. I just tried zoiper and eyeP, both demonstrated the same lag.

I'll try some router swapping next.
