The hosting provider doesn't have any control over your DIDs working.
Your VOIP service provider is the one that is able to (or not able to) provide incoming and outgoing call and text services for your DIDs.

BulkVS offers DIDs in Toronto and I believe Anveo Direct also does.

Did 3CX actually buy this from BIZX, LLC / VoIP-Info LV, LLC? Or are they still just the featured vendor? I can't see where 3CX bought this from BIZX.

They're all LLCs so I doubt you'll ever see what you're looking for. These are not public corporations. But this site is owned by 3CX and has been for the past 6+ years... which has been a great thing for all of us.

Just a heads up that we've now brought up one of the 2GB Storage platforms on Dedirock. It had major failures the first day that they blamed on a back end issue. But we're still seeing the php8.2-fpm.service fail overnight. This means your FreePBX GUI will be dead in the morning. We're now testing the addition of an /etc/crontab job that looks like this:

15 06 * * * root rm -f /etc/systemd/system/php8.2-fpm.service.d/override.conf && /usr/bin/systemctl daemon-reload && /usr/bin/systemctl restart php8.2-fpm.service > /dev/null 2>&1

Also adjusted the timing of the anacron scripts:

25 5    * * *    root    test -x /usr/sbin/anacron || { cd / && run-parts --report /etc/cron.daily; }
47 5    * * 7    root    test -x /usr/sbin/anacron || { cd / && run-parts --report /etc/cron.weekly; }
52 5    1 * *    root    test -x /usr/sbin/anacron || { cd / && run-parts --report /etc/cron.monthly; }

Confused. Are you saying, when you install Proxmox on one of these KVM VPS, and run Incredible as a nested virtualization KVM machine running inside of Proxmox, Incredible is working fine, but running Incredible directly in one of these KVM VPS is fail?

No. We run Proxmox on dedicated local machines.
