I have two systems. the old..really old still login to it with "maint" this pbx connect via sip to a Sangoma Vega100G for PRI connectivity
I have a trunk setup and it works swimmingly. It even shows an entry in "Peers" OK
New system. Copy and pasted the trunk info into new system. New Rocky system wont allow a connection to the Vega calls will only come in if I allow Anonymous Sip Calls.

I turned off the firewall to test but no change. I've double checked the settings on the Vega. I plan on checking again, but wanted to post here.
