So this just popped up today.

Calling to extension 110 results in I'm sorry an error has occurred

The call trace is not very useful. Research I has seen suggests problem within voicemail.conf but I am not seeing anything there.

I also deleted the extension. and the issue still persists.

Anyone else out there got ideas?

I saw that message when I messed up miscellaneous destinations (or apps - not sure) as I tried to attach my own asterisk routine to an extension number. Check your feature codes to see if that extension number wasn't used in one of the entries. Also what version of FreePBX/Asterisk are you on?

This is an older 13-13 system

Found the issue. I had forgotten for some reason, FreePBX folks decided to hide some of the feature codes, which you have to enable in Advance Settings.
The offending one was the Agent Log on /Agent Log Off which I disabled.

Thanks for taking the time to respond and remind me!

Strange how this popped up all of a sudden after a long time.
