SOLVED no gui login on incredible PBX

I have an incredible pbx installation on a hiformance server. When I access the freepbx gui there is no login or password just straight to the main page.

I ran /root/admin-pw-change to change the password and got:

This script changes your admin password for FreePBX 2.11 access.

Enter new admin password (MAKE IT SECURE!!): XXXXX

admin password will be changed to: XXXXX
Press ENTER key to continue or Ctrl-C to abort...

still no login asked.

any ideas?

I ran /root/update-passwords and it worked. It allows me to login to Freepbx now. , I am using Cloud.Google Always free Instance

This just made me laugh a little. Always free things seem to never last, because they have an underlying business issue.
