Open Source Asterisk Based Call Center

Does anyone know of any open source asterisk based call center solutions?

I found DialOS but I am looking for something a bit easier to "look at"

Have you tried PiaF? Look at the FreePBX Queue model - it is basically configuring a call center. I suggest reading the Ringdale Administrator's Guide and it's on page 80.

I am more meaning like a blended call center. That is great for inbound call centers.

One of our clients is getting ready to deploy a vicidial solution which is on the top of my list for Call Center Solutions

Additionally, I've received feedback from others in the billing/collection industry that they utilize vicidial as well.

I think this is what I'm going to go with, too bad there isn't support for PiaF on it.

Elastix also has a pretty decent call center module w/ a predictive dialer. I've never implemented it in a mission critical environment, but from the playing around I did do it seemed pretty capable.
