SOLVED pbx 2020 wakeup call problem

ok, I have verified the correct timezone via command line, in freepbx itself....

No matter what time I set a wakeup call for - ex 8:00 pm, its always set for 2 hrs earlier, which forces it to the next day
Also in the call list screen, the time zone is 2 hrs earlier

is there a timezone to set in freepbx also?

cli timezone says MDT, freepbx is saying ET

what am I missing here?
