R.I.P. iPBX 2021 debian - how to add res_config_mysql.so module

The PBX2021 does not have the res_config_mysql.so module, which I need to run the additional application. Also, it is not in the addons sourcs folder. How do I add it to a PBX?

PBX2021 does not have the res_config_mysql.so

From the asterisk community:
Try “make menuselect” after “configure” and also I would try download and build a newer version of Asterisk
However that would involve re-compiling Asterisk, and you would be going 'off piste' as far as the iPBX2021 auto updates are concerned. Howeve there is no reason why that should stop you.

I need to add res_config_mysql.so to asterisk/modules for my application on incrediblePbx 2021.

Could you share the way you succeeded to do that ?

@Soriya: I think iPBX2021 used res_config_sqlite3.so instead of mysql. You need to upgrade to Incredible PBX 2027. Debian Buster security updates were discontinued in June, 2022.

Just the FYI, both res_config_sqlite3 and res_config_mysql are for the RealTime functionality of Asterisk, those manage the backend for the database used for RealTime configuration. FreePBX/IPBX do not use RealTime by default.

A2billing. Right now I fo not use realtime
IPBX 2021 currently supports 3 engines : odbc, curl and pgsql
