GO HERE PIAF/Asterisk upgrade - wget fail

Hi, I am trying to upgrade PIAF Green doing this:

cd /root
wget http://pbxinaflash.com/upgrade-asterisk11-piaf.tar.gz
tar zxvf upgrade-asterisk11-piaf.tar.gz
rm upgrade-asterisk11-piaf.tar.gz
./upgrade-asterisk-piaf

However, get a 403/forbidden message when doing the wget. Advise?

Hi again, downloaded the upgrade-asterisk11-piaf.tar file from pbxinaflash.com, then proceeded the commands. Looks like it is updating. Something with the wget command I guess......
