Polycom VVX500

Can anyone outline the steps for setting up a Polycom VVX500 device with PBXIAF? I was using Aastra but my new VVX500 came in today.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Congratulations on the VVX500. I had my eye on one as well, looks like an awesome endpoint. Sorry I don't have any advice for integrating w. PIAF, but why would this be any different than any other Polycom? Set up the .cfg files on your provisioning server and away you go... no?

Check the polycom support site and look at the admin manual for the version of firmware you have. I know they have changed the configuration files in the newer UC versions as of recent. If the older style config is not working for you maybe it shipped with the newer/latest firmware. Sorry I am not more helpful still waiting on mine to arrive just ordered yesterday. but I do remeber reading the release notes on the newer firmware and the changes to the config files
