This is hard for me to explain, but
We just went live with PIAF 20650 with a PRI wish connects to a Vega100G

All the DID's work. My issue is that the "main" number (which is not among the DID ranges) rings disconnected.

I have an inbound route to an extension but it rings disconnected.

Any ideas?
Thank you

Do I put a call forward on that number and point it to a DID in the range (likely reception)

If you look at the debug log what does the inbound call say? 90% of the time on a PRI they code the inbound numbers as 4 and sometimes 7 digits, but sometimes what they send is not what you think it should be for the main BTN.

Also, BTW, if you were porting to a PRI from something before, they don't always do that right. It could be a Telco problem.

Sounds like you did a port, did not include the main number and your "friendly" ex-provider terminated the service and all unported numbers. You need to move quick or you may not get the number back.. Either have it placed on Remote Call Forward, (Warning they charge per call path) or turn it back on as a Pots line and then Dial *72 and forward to the PRI. DO NOT WAIT FOR THE NEW PROVIDER TO PORT IT, or you will probably loose it.
