Running latest PBX in a Flash with POTS lines only, Sangoma card, asterisk 1.4.

Every time I reboot my server, I get an all circuits are busy message when I try to dial out on my Aastra 57i phones. I only have one outbound route set up like this:

Name: Everything
Dial Patterns: 1NXXNXXXXXX
NXXXXXX

Trunk Sequence: 0 ZAP/g0

Everything else is left at default.

If I delete and re-add this route, my phones start working again. This happens every time I reboot my server.

Can you post your zapata.conf file, zapata-auto.conf and zapata-channels.conf for us?

OK THis looks normal for a Sangoma card. Sangoma puts it all in zapata.conf and ignores zapata-auto and zapata-channels.

Could you provide the CLI output during a failed call?

Appreciate the help John. I will post the output later this evening. Can't take the phones down right now.

Sorry it took so long..but here it is... happened again today when I rebooted my box.
