Proxmox VM Jitter

I have a proxmox vm I've been testing and its gets alot of jitter when I check voicemail. I do a jitterbuffer=yes and it stops for awhile.

Try changing the soft-ethernet card used for your virtual machine. I found a big improvement when I changed from 'intel pro T' to 'pro fast III' on virtualbox. Went from unusable to nearly perfect. I intend to check the other soft-ethernet options to see if others are better/worse.
