Good morning,

Correct procedure to troubleshoot problem with the reminders module?

Two problems,

First is that once i use the web app to set the reminder despite the fact that i tell it to ring tomorrow or any other time it rings
to the extension immediatelly.

Second is that once i setup via extension by dialing 123 the procedure follows through until the end it says that it has stored the reminder however
the reminder is never carried out.

The Module comes pre-installed with IncrediblePBX2027D so i haven't gone to the length of re-installing as i don't find it necessary since it is pre-installed?

Have you looked through the log files? Particularly around the time the missing reminder is supposed to be sent.
Ringing the extension after setting a reminder via the web app may well be ok as it could just be feedback to ensure that the correct extension has been entered.

At a quick look that appears to set the reminder OK.
Check that you have the date format correct. i.e is it dd/mm/yyyy or mm/dd/yyyy?
What does the log show when the reminder time comes?
