SOLVED Same Call - Multiple Recordings!

I was researching a telephone call in the IPBX CDR Reports this morning and I discovered that a single inbound call had been recorded multiple times.

Wow! What caused this? Is this a bug? Please help, ask me questions and give me your thoughts and possible solutions.

Look at the CDR Report. The five recordings with the green arrow are the exact same recording. Notice the duration column. Odd.

What is the inbound route configuration for the inbound call?
There may be points along the call flow where recording is set to 'Force'.
 
Looks like there are duration time differences,
you can hover over the playback icon to see the timestamp for each recording
Definitely duration differences. However, I believe that @dallas has asked a question that indicates why. It seems that some of the recordings have various IVR portions in them. Therefore, certain recordings are longer than others. The actual same conversation between the caller and me is on all of the recordings.

I am going to go back through the configuration of every piece from the trunk through extension and see what the settings are for recording. None are set to "Force". But I believe that several are set to "Yes".

I went back and checked every point along the incoming and outgoing routes to make sure that there weren't duplicate instructions to record inbound or outbound calls. Outbound now has it set in one place and inbound in one place. So far, it appears to have fixed the problem.
