I have received a notice in the IPBX GUI that says Security Warning, Details Module: "UCP Node Server", File: "/var/www/html/admin/modules/ucpnode/node/package.json altered"
In the Module Updates, UCP Node Server is highlighted in red and it says: Module has been tampered. Please redownload

I have uninstalled it twice and reinstalled and I still get this error message.

What should I do?

Is this a new install? How long have you been getting this message? Did you ever SSH into the IPBX and run ./root/sig-fix ?

The third one gets rid of FreePBX's Signature Checking "feature" I won't get into the Signature thing here just run the above and the message goes away -- Changes to Signature Checking Disabled -- That is normal and don't worry about it.

Is this Incredible PBX 2020? Shouldn't happen on that platform if you're using the ClearlyIP repo.

Yes, it is happening with Incredible PBX 2020. See the images below. This instance is installed on a different server than I had it on when I first reported this issue. I have had the issue on both.

Then run /root/sig-fix twice, and it will resolve the problem.
