Since I already have an SMTP server on my network I wanted to configure sendmail to use that instead of relaying through my ISP. In PiaF V 1.1 I simply used WebMin to configure sendmail to send via the host with the SMTP server; however, when I tried the same thing with the Orgasmo II it did not work. In fact the Org II sendmail would never send anything no matter what I did.
Then I found some directions for configuring sendmail as an SMTP client here and they worked like a charm. I downloaded the Domain Client 8.12 archive and followed the directions on the included "install" file.
BTW it is said to work with sendmail versions greater than 8.12 (Orgasmo II has 8.13.2).
