SOLVED: No Ring on Ring Group

so I have been trying to figure out why it is that when someone chooses an option on IVR to ring me and it hits a ring group. it has a very short half ring then stops. dead silence while the ring group goes and then of course follow me kicks in. but there is no ring. once it goes and kicks over to the Queue, of course they have music.

of course the setting is set for ring and not set to none. the crazy thing is that once I hit submit with no changes of course and re apply the changes. it works for a few calls then stops.

does not make any sense to me.

if anyone can chime in and give some other suggetions I would greatly appreciate it.

I really hate to admit this. I mea I really hate to admit this.

but somehow there was a extension in the ring group and also the followme list that does not exist. once removed then everything is back upto par.
