TIPS Some PSTN calls to T-Mobile number disappear

I agree, I'd ditch the T1 and PRI, and move that service to a SIP trunk provider, and host it on a PBX on a VPS in the cloud. As a business they probably want something commercially supported so 3CX SMB is free forever for 4 simultaneous calls, and they're opening up to any SIP trunk provider as long as it's either community tested or provider tested.
