TIPS Special Conferencing Need - Urgent Help Please

I am using conference on my IncrediblePBX. I would like to have the "Leader" put directly into the conference without having to hear the "Join" message.
I want the users to hear the "Join" message as I put them in muted and it tells them how to bring up the menu (*) so they can un-mute themselves to ask a question. I do not have Conference Pro as I don't see where it would help for this.

I don't see any way to avoid having the leader enter the Admin Pin but the rest is currently supported on FreePBX 15:

The Leader has to input their pin, that is how we know they are the Leader.
I do not want the "Join" message going to the Leader.
All other users enter their PIN and need to hear the "Join" as it tell them how to un-mute if they want to ask a question.
They are put in muted.

You would have to modify the code incrediblepbx generates:
In the extensions_additional you will find your conference...modify the lines for ADMIN:
exten => 2663,n(ADMIN),Gosub(sub-conference-options,s,1(2663,ADMIN))
exten => 2663,n,Gosub(sub-record-check,s,1(conf,2663,never))
exten => 2663,n,ExecIf($["${DB(CONFERENCE/2663/joinmsg)}" != ""]?Playback(${DB(CONFERENCE/2663/joinmsg)}))
remove the join playback and then copy the whole thing to the extensions_custom (cause incrediblepbx will just over write your changes in extensions_additional)
and give it a new extension number
now you have a custom conference.

My example may be poor but I was just saying to remove the part the plays the join message to the ADMIN
