Trying to make a recording from an extension, I get the following error:
[ERROR] The Recorded File Does Not exists:
/var/spool/asterisk/tmp/112-ivrrecording.wav
make sure you uploaded or recorded a file with the entered extension
Where 112 is the extension number. The odd thing is that a file called -ivrrecording.wav exists but not 112-ivrrecording.wav and it will play with *99. When I try to rename the file I can't seem to do that either.
Any help would be appreciated!
Some additional info, it's PIAF Purple but I did a restore to get it set up. It looks like the extension number did not populate correctly. Is that possible? It does show up in the extensions list.
