FOOD FOR THOUGHT Twilio and IncrediblePBX

I've got Twilio working with my IncrediblePBX server using UDP 5060.
I'd like to change the settings to use 5061 and implementing TLS and SRTP.
I read on their website (https://www.twilio.com/docs/sip-trunking#rootCA) That I need to import Twilio's CA to my PBX. However, I'm not sure if I need to create let's encrypt certificates for my PBX as well.
Has anyone configured Secured Elastic SIP trunk with your IncrediblePBX that can point me to the right direction?

Good question, I am also planning to switch to TLS, but can't figure out all the steps.
I don't use Twilio but I would assume the steps would be similar.
