IncrediblePBX-2021 is no longer supported by anyone so I don't know if what I list below will work for you. Its well past time for you to upgrade your system.
Its possible but a pain to make the UCP phone work. You need a Lets Encrypt certificate, you must enable HTTPS and WebRTC which is not currently built into IncrediblePBX or the firewall, you must enable phone for the user in Admin > User Management screen.
I never got it working for me but others may have been able to.
