I have an onsite install of IPBX 2027-D running so we can do trunk side recordings on calls that get routed out to cell phone numbers.
This is an after hours hotline number to report child abuse.
At the end of the day the CSB staff point their reporting number to a DID number comes in to a NEC system.
This number is routed to the IPBX by SIP Trunks passing the DID number to IPBX.
On a daily basis the assigned officer will log into the UCP and enter their cell phone number in the unconditional forwarding widget. At the end of the day that number gets removed. The next night the next officer will enter their number into the forwarding section.
At the start of the next normal day the CSB staff remove the forwarding to the NEC system.
My question is related to the setting of the cell phone number in the UCP panel. Is there a log I can refer to that will show me when the numbers were set and disabled?
