SOLVED update-kernel-devel for CentOS 6.6

Following the NV guide I tried to download the kernel upgrade script after installing CentOS 6.6 to no avail.

Ward 12/20/14 post listed as additional preliminary steps BEFORE starting the install.

Pls point me to the right direction.

-- Also, the 2 lines for grub seems apply for SL instead of CentOS, maybe?

I have been yum updating, reboot then yum install kernel-headers kernel-development before running the piaf script on a fresh install. It seems the script blows away the normal repos and then can not find newer kernel support files. Therefore update and install them before hand.
