TIPS Upgrade local 13-12.2 to cloud based 16-15

Is there a way to make this painless? I dont really care about the logs as much as recreating all 50 extensions lol.

All of my clients are on cloud based servers now but I'd like to move this one to one.

No easy way from FreePBX 12 as far as I know unless you want to enable the FreePBX repos and use their upgrade script from 12 to 13.
