I know that a user can go through their process for outbound faxing that has been defined on the NerdVittles recent post, but I would like to add a suggestion.
It would be really really cool if a user could log into their voicemail portal, click a link in the left menu (FaxIT) and then browse to a page where they can upload a document. Once uploaded they can select and enter an outbound fax number. Once successful it would update the status to sent.
This way each user could send faxes from their own number. In our case we use DID (PRI) so each user has an inbound fax which is the same as their phone number.
Just a thought.
