User training available?

What docs or helps are available to help teach a new user how to use the system? I don't necessarily mean admin stuff like adding trunks, extensions, etc. I am more interested in training tools for how to park a call, pick-up a call, transfer a call, check voicemail, etc.

I don't think anyone actually read his post . He's looking for USER docs, not ADMIN docs.

I've also been looking for something to distribute to my clients, but haven't found anything. I'll probably end up writing them myself.

Depends on the phone type and also the trunk type.

I copied the features list from the freepbx page and adjusted to the site and printed it out.

Download the user guides for the phone type.

Well, I'm going to need to put something together for this client. If somebody wants to work with me on putting some docs together, I'll be glad to open-source it.
