VM Web Interface Unavailable

I performed a fresh install of PIAF v1.5 using the asterisk 1.6 install option.

The install went smoothly; however, sometime during my FreePBX upgrade from 2.5 to 2.7 I lost the ability to access the web interface for voicemails.

Upon accessing <ipaddress>/recordings a blank white page loads. No errors are displayed.

CentOS 5.4
Kernel 2.6.18-164.15.1.el5
Asterisk 1.6.2.6

All other web interfaces are functioning; ex: webmin, administration.

Any ideas?

does the error log in /var/log/httpd/ provide any clues?

I've noticed in the past that when you restore from a backup, you need to go into every extension in FreePBX and click on submit - then reload. I'm not sure if it is related to your problem, but would only take a moment to try.
