Voicemail blues

I have been have a major problem with voicemail. If someone calls in, or even calling from one extension to another, although a voice message looks like it has been saved, when I go to check it, there is no message.

Initially, I was able to get least (as far as the cli said) a successful save of the messages (although in reality, the message did not save, see http://pastebin.ca/829780), after fooling around with permissions, I am not even able to get a successful save any longer (see http://pastebin.ca/830132).

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Can you post an internal to internal call output (without stanaphone involed)?

I suspect there is no sound to record, no file created - Maybe NAT issues.

The clue is line: -- Saving message as is <=blank ?!?

At the output in http://pastebin.ca/830132 shows, the call is internal to internal, and it is a no go.
Pastebin http://pastebin.ca/829780 show that at one time there was message saving, as far at the cli recorded, but the file was not saved.

It still seems stanaphone.com is in the call:

-- ast_get_srv: SRV lookup for '_sip._udp.sip.stanaphone.com' mapped to host sip.stanaphone.com, port 5060

isn't stanaphone.com a SIP Provider? I'm no expert, but it appears the call leaves your system and returns back via stanaphone.com?

Try deleting both 500 and 501 - recreate using default settings and try again

There might be more info in the asterisk logs as to reason recording not created not shown in CLI output

Could it be you have enabled "Delete VMail" in the Extension setting, this is supposed to delete the voicemail file from the Trxibox server after it has been emailed; is your vocemail to email working?...if not, it could be the culprit.
