TIPS Where can I find Phonebook directory option in Incredible PBX?

Hi Team,

I am migrating freePBX into Incredible PBX. I have created all the endpoints on the Incredible PBX but I can't fine Phonebook directory option in Incredible PBX. I need to add Phonebook directory in one of the IVR flow. Could you please help me?

Admin -> Asterisk Phonebook to get started. IVR no longer supports Phonebook entries. You'll need to set them up as Custom Extensions.

Ward, I just installed iPBX 2020. I imported my Phone book from iPBX 13.13. I saw there were mistakes so I emptied the phonebook, corrected the mistakes in Excel and then tried to re-import the phonebook. Now nothing shows up. I can't import anything into the phone book now. Help!

I've rebooted the server and it doesn't help.
