Problem with CRON

I'm getting the following error in FreePBX on a PIAF box:

The following commands failed with the listed error
/var/lib/asterisk/bin/module_admin listonline (255)
Added 10 hours, 15 minutes ago
(cron_manager.EXECFAIL)

I have two boxes, each on a seperate static public IP. One runs TBCE, the other PIAF.

Error does not occur on TBCE box.

Any ideas?

Check ownership and permissions of the file in /var/lib/asterisk/bin:

-rwxrwxr-- 1 asterisk asterisk 17225 Mar 10 07:51 module_admin

Ditto. I also have the same error.

Freepbx was showing the same error for me.
I followed Ward's recommendation and reviewed the permissions and found it was set for 755, changed it to 777. This fixed mine. Thou, likely the 777 full permission isn't necessary.
One other thing I noted which this fixed is from the Freepbx system status page - Last Reload status kept showing "0" which I know wasn't true. Not sure if this had any correlation, yet, after the permission set I noted this value was now showing up corretly.
