TIPS IVR Help/Passwords not working in PIAF

Hi,

I'm new to PIAF, and just got it and incredible pbx setup on a virtual machine in ESX 5.5. Works great, no problems with sound just testing the calls in and out.

Two questions I have:
a- How do I setup an IVR, very basic announcement that we have a professional recording company ready to create (what audio format, etc) with press 1 for booth information(call forward to outside number), press 2 for parade information (another recording, then return to root of ivr), press 3 for website information, press 4 to speak to someone (forward to ext that is a FXO/FXS unit)>

b- When I try to access any of the pbxinaflash secured pages where it asks for username and password, I use admin and my password I setup. It doesn't accept it, and I even have tried doing the update-password script from the box. Any ideas?

2. Set the admin password for web apps: htpasswd /etc/pbx/wwwpasswd admin

You may need to reboot the VM if Fail2Ban locked you out.

Thank you for your reply - so I tried what you had in your directions : htpasswd -b /etc/pbx/wwwpasswd admin password and that didn't work... going to try without the -b now..
