Is the "Call Recordings Search" in Pro/Enterprise doing speech-to-text indexing?

That is a paid feature. I will try and see if we can issue some evaluation keys..
Basically you record a call, and all recordings will show centrally in the management console. Admin can download and search for a date or by caller id, locate the recording and see what was said.. Or send it to management..

There really needs to be a time based eval of the "full enchilada" for at least standard edition - and don't skimp on the time limit - give it 60 or 90 days.

As it stands, the free version is basically useless for us if the edition feature matrix is correct. Even for the most basic kick the tires testing we need more than one SIP trunk. I could sign up as a dealer, get an nfr and use that to test, but I don't want to commit to anything (sales) unless I'm really ready to commit.

Put in some safeguards to prevent folks moving from eval key to eval key to eval key, but have a full eval option.

Some "temporary office" type sales may be lost, but I assume recurring support revenue is the real goal.

The downside for resellers would be the possibility a client figures out their own config before purchasing and the reseller loses some of those configuration billables, but ultimately the client will probably still need help and be more likely to want some of the upgraded features they got to try.

Acquired Pro license about 3 hours ago from one of your resellers.

You dont have to commit to anything to become an affiliate 3CX reseller. The first level allows you to test 3CX with free NFR, free tech support and free tech training. You can apply here: https://www.3cx.com/partners/apply/

If you don't like it (and its not like you cant see what it does now) you can delete your account or let it expire.
