AWAITING FEEDBACK SSL ERROR No shared cipher TLS on Incredible Pbx.

For the past few days ive been trying to set up TLS on my Incredible PBX but ive been encountering this same error and the things ive tried is.
Ive ran certificate manager to get a lets encrypt certificate and i have pointed my sip_general_additonal.conf file to the TLScertfile, TLSprivatekey and the TLScafile. and i try using Zoiper and on Zoiper when i try to register i get a ERROR 503 Certification Validation Failure and on the Asterisk Verbose i get a SSL ERROR handshake no shared cipher. Any help would be greatly appreciated Thank you. Heres some photos of the errors i am getting.

The thing is i only need 1 thread but that is my current issue Im getting a 1 Minute delay on my video calls. So if you could be so kind and delete all of my threads beside the one about 1 Minute Delay on my video calls that i will be posting after this. Thank you for all of your help!
