i cant put a 1 in front of my DID on inbound, if i do pbx will not answer it but if i remove the 1 example 1xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx

is this normal or? i have always had this issue with Freepbx since for like ever... but finally asking about it

Incredible PBX 2020 15.0.16.53.1

i also noticed when i reboot the server... in the terminal i see a lot of MySql errors... but i will have to upload photo later... if i recall this

The DID format such as 4,7,10 or 11 is controlled by what your carrier sends you. Most carriers send 10 or 11 digits now days. For example Clearly IP SIP Trunking sends 10 digits.

This has been like this since day 1, it is not an issue with FreePBX, but as @Tonyclewis said, the method by which a carrier sends traffic to you so that you can identify what DID its destined for. Some carriers always send 10, others 11, and others let you define which method.

I use the context I posted here to normalize DIDs to 10 digits. I likewise normalize all outbound numbers to 10 digits.

All external calls in the CDR are 10 digits unless international or 911.

For the sanity of your CDRs and CNAM queries, you really need to standardize on 10 or 11 digits for all of your incoming calls. Setting the Trunk context to from-pstn-e164-us does the heavy lifting for you and you end up with 10-digit calls consistently except for international.
