Faxgetty / IAX modem / and HYLAFAX are for the IncredibleFAX offering. These are also not set up or not installed. Again see the Wiki tutorial articles that cover most things, in such a way as they just work.

where am i supposed to put the register thing? on voip.ms blogs it syas 100000:[email protected]:5060 but not sure where i put it to send the register request thing

Have you configured the trunks correctly? do you have an outbound route setup?
The log file will tell you what's wrong.

Your registration attempts has failed. I'm not a magician! Read the log file and diagnose your issue. They are rookie mistakes.

Then you need to provision your trunks correctly, so the registration is not rejected

I thought the trunks but they are saying they are getting the username liquid and i cant find the username liquid anywhere on the dashboard

Show us your trunk configuration. Connectivity > Trunks
