/var/spool/asterisk/voicemail/default/[extension_number]Where should it be?
Thanks, that is where I thought but nothing there on the old system. I am guessing something happened and the greeting got deleted at some point. I'll just re-record it./var/spool/asterisk/voicemail/default/[extension_number]
Look for the greet.wav and greet.WAV and unavail.wav and unavail.WAV files in the folder for each extension for which voicemail has been activated on your iPBX 2022-R. It may be to your advantage to create temporary greeting and unavailable messages from the corresponding extensions before the voicemail folder is created for it on the new iPBX, however.
Once you've located the above files on the old iPBX, you should be able to simply replace the default files on the 2022-R18 iPBX with the greet and unavail files from your older 16-15 iPBX.

You can use the find commandThanks, that is where I thought but nothing there on the old system. I am guessing something happened and the greeting got deleted at some point. I'll just re-record it.
find /var/spool/asterisk/voicemail/default -name greet.*
#which ( for each extension# ) might show:
/var/spool/asterisk/voicemail/default/711/greet.wav
/var/spool/asterisk/voicemail/default/711/greet.WAV
