So, I got PIAF 1.4 working (so far with just the verizon landline, haven't moved my voipo config yet.) I used setup-polycom to generate basic extension config. Took me an hour or so to figure out how to change my clarkconnect dnsmasq server to serve bootp info to the polycom pointing at the PIAF pbx. Had to hack up the config files a bit and rebooted the phone. Saw messages streaming by in the ftp xferlog, and suddenly all the info was showing on the 320 screen. I set a few outbound routes pointing at the rhino FXO port and called a toll free number, 411 and my house phone. Works a treat!

I have one sitting here on my desk and just love it. Great sound quality, never a problem. Highly recommended!

Mine is replacing a snom 300. The 300 was okay, but had a few quirks I didn't like (the sound for one) and not sitting up enough to read the display.

one thing I ended up doing

was rather than trying to customize the dialplan just so, I deleted it entirely, so the 320 will not place a call until you take one of the explicit actions (hit dial key, pick up handset after dialing some digits, etc...) I'm fine with that...
