Need a specific type of provider

I have friend who is running PIAF on a dedicted server colocated at the CO. He has been using a PRI but has decided to go totally VoIP. He is renting space on his server to other businesses, friends and assocites who have medium size clients.

He set up some unlimited trunks with bandwith.com. He has 300 DIDs for reasons that do not result in traffic, they are for ad tracking. Bandwidth has rejected his business saying he doesn't fit their model.

I recommended Flowroute, but he wants options as FR is not the cheapest, they are high quality though.

He needs a provider with unlimited trunks and good reporting. Please let me know of any suggestions.

What is it that Bandwidth.com doesn't like? That would be a good thing to know if one was considering them.

Aretta might be a good selection. They are now owned by CBeyond. Their website is

They don't like porting numbers and they don't like resellers. My friend went up to a Sales Exec and they flat out said we don't want you, and you probably don't want us. The sales guy stressed that their backend doesn't support detailed online reporting, which he insists my friend will need.

I'm a little shocked because I thought there was some good vibes between them and us (PIAF users).
