This might only be an issue when you're upgrading FreePBX to 2.9. CID Superfecta fails with "Detected FreePBX version is at least 2.9". Took me an hour or two to finally determine my issue.

The solution is NOT to just remove modules. The solution is to replace the defective module with a non-defective version.
then the issue usually is a result of Gtalk running under the same account on another device somewhere (typically a PC). That's why we've always recommended a dedicated Google Voice number for Incredible PBX and PIAF.
