After installing from the ISO 2.0.6.1.2 I am not able to select a Red or Purple install. The menu opens and when I touch the down arrow key the screen changes to a login screen and a message to pre install drivers.

My server has a ATOM processor and has been used for the previous few years with all PIAF version up to now.

I also tried piafdl -p beta_1880_purple or piafdl -p beta_1880_red and received a message that the archive files are not available.

Centro 6.1 installed without any difficulties.

I had the same problem with 2.0.6.1.1 before I tried the newer version.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

1. put theboot disk in 2. boot the system 3. at the firs screen type ks-nomode see if that works. if not I am afraid it is a Centos problem and not a PBX in a flash problem. There have been some problems with certain types of hardware especially older keyboards and some motherboards. I am afraid that while we may not have your hardware combination we are unable to duplicate these problems on the atom machines we have. As for the -p will look at that. BTW there is NO beta_1880_red at all! Only beta_1000_red Tom

There was a naming convention error in the beta payloads. This will be corrected as soon as it propagates out through PIAF space. Could take a few hours.

Next release of the ISO this will be corrected in the meantime it works as soon as the changes get out there.

Thanks Tom.

I completed a second install using ks-nomode and the result is the same. Not able to select purple or red and the screen moving to a login prompt. My keyboard is at least 5 years old and unfortunately all other keyboards I have are wireless.

-p beta_1000_red appears to be working. Thanks again.

Shaun

Both -p beta_1880_purple and -p beta_1000_red installations completed without any further difficulties. The installation process is now so much quicker than previous versions. Up and running in no time.

Thank you both

Shaun
