Greetings folks,

apologies it this thread already exists as I could not find this bug.
I did a new install last Sunday of FreePBX in a flash on an old Proliant G4. The installation and deployment was flawless, with all extensions, trunks, conference, followme all working 100%...that was until I noticed that there were 14 new modules to install. After installing them I cannot RELOAD. I am a Newbie to Linux but do know some of the basic commands using Putty. Please could some benevolent and knowledgeable soul give me a clue where to look for the problem? many thanx!!

Remove the Dahdi module in FreePBX, and see if that fixes it.

What version of Asterisk and FreePBX please?

Have you reviewed this thread? :wink5:

For me, Asterisk Ver. 1.8.6.0. FreePBX 2.10. The thread you reference confuses me... I'm running Google Voice 0.0.9.... they talk about a 0.6? Is that right?

The FreePBX 2.10 updates are what blew you out of the water. Upgrade your GV version. The link is in the thread.

Remove the Dahdi module in FreePBX, and see if that fixes it.
RockBottom..you are a STAR. First I disabled Dahdi as suggested by Atsak. That did not work. I have just disabled Google Voice as well and VOILA! Success. Thanks a ton I am really grateful. Best regards

Just to Restate What Is Now Obvious

Be advised, if you didn't already know, that FreePBX 2.10 is best suited for PIONEERS. The reasons should now be quite obvious. With the adventure come some risks...
