I was surprised to see this offer mentioned in LowEndBox, as my company used to be a client of theirs for a few years previously, and I always felt that it was not a low-end provider, but a top notch one!
In fact it's a very decent small company ("small" by US standards) out of Germany and the only reason we stopped using their services was because we moved "everything IT" to "closely controlled quarters" over the last couple of years (understand in-house or co-location at first tier data centers in The USA, UK, France, Germany, Japan, Australia, Singapore).
So, for whatever it's worth, I wanted to mentioned that I had a great experience with those guys in the past and although I am a bit surprised by their offer (in a positive sense), it's definitely worth taking a closer look at them. (At 60 Euros per year or 5 euros per month it's within the sweet-spot of the prevailing European pricing, but better pricing is certainly available in the USA for North American folks, no doubt about it!)
