New install of PIAF 2.0.6.4, FreePBX 2.11.0.11, Asterisk 11.6.0 (replacing old install of previous version. New install not upgrade). (1 "local" location, 5 remote external locations.) All were working fine, and I tried my best to copy the configs to the new install.
Some problems have surfaced.
1. No visible panel to show me when my extensions are in use. Can't tell which trunks are in use either. I cannot tell which external devices are registered. What did I do wrong, or what can I do to fix? Is there any other way to see what trunks are being accessed or what extensions are in use?
2. For some reason, I cannot add a new announcement, see existing announcements (copied recorded IVR scripts from previous version to /var/lib/asterisk/sounds/custom/). I cannot access those announcements in the "Announcements" section, or access when trying to set up new IVR. In fact, when trying to set up new IVR, I cannot add a new announcement or use an existing. What do you think is wrong here?
